Reformer Group Classes


Reformer, Tower, Barrels & More!

DP small group classes are 45 minutes in length, our classes incorporate the reformer, mat, tower and barrel to help give you a full body workout. These classes leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle what life throws at you next!

Our Classes

Essential: This class is the best place to start or refine your Pilates training. In the Essential class you will learn how to move on the Pilates equipment while practicing proper form and technique to help you get the most out of the method.

Core: This class is suitable for all levels. In the Core class you build upon the foundation of the Pilates practice and continue to improve/gain strength, balance and mobility. 

Classical: This class is suitable for all levels. You can expect 100% classical Pilates done in a flowing manner. This class will help you build endurance and challenge your stamina.

Elevate: This class is suitable for those who have taken at least 20 all level reformer classes. In the Elevate class you take your regular practice to a higher level by challenging your strength, mobility and balance in a flowing pace.
