Pilates Equipment Experience

Our small group classes are designed to give you the best of Pilates in an intimate, focused setting. With a maximum of five clients per class, you’ll receive personalized attention while moving through a full-body workout on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrels, and Mat.

Each 45-minute session blends precision, variety, and expert instruction — leaving you stronger, more balanced, and energized for whatever comes next.

Summer Class Schedule: The group schedule is posted quarterly and is subject to change. Below is our current schedule. You must sign up prior to class to guarantee your spot.

Sunday: 8am, 9am

Monday: 8am, 530pm

Tuesday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm

Wednesday: 9am, 630pm

Thursday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm

Friday: 9am, 12pm

Saturday: 8am, 9am
